2. Scope of Application
This policy applies to all products and services marketed by Mainbeste through its digital platforms and official stores, including the Mainbeste Wellness, Mainbeste Fashion, and Mainbeste Events divisions, as well as any other line or collection associated with the brand.
3. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, customers have a period of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to request the return of a product without the need to provide justification.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Mainbeste by email at info@mainbeste.com, providing the following information:
- Order number.
- Full name and contact details.
- Reason for the return (optional, for service improvement purposes only).
Once the request has been received, the customer service team will confirm receipt and provide the necessary instructions for processing the return.
4. Conditions for Returns
For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, washing, or alteration.
- The product must retain its original packaging, labels, and accessories, in the same condition as when received.
- Returns will not be accepted for personalised products or items made according to customer specifications.
- In the case of services or experiences, returns will only be possible if the service has not yet commenced.
Mainbeste reserves the right to reject any return that does not comply with the above conditions.
5. Procedure and Timeframes
Once the returned product has been received at the facilities designated by Mainbeste, it will be inspected and, if it meets the established requirements, the corresponding refund will be authorised.
The estimated timeframe for processing the refund is 7 to 14 business days from the date the returned product is received.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer, unless the return is the result of an error by Mainbeste or a defective product.
6. Defective Products or Order Errors
If the customer receives a defective item or an item different from the one ordered, this must be reported to info@mainbeste.com within a maximum period of 72 hours from receipt.
In such cases, Mainbeste will cover the costs of collection and shipment of the correct product or, where applicable, will proceed with a full refund of the amount paid.
7. Exceptions
For reasons of hygiene, safety, or personalisation, returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Unsealed cosmetic or personal care products.
- Garments or accessories showing signs of use or handling.
- Custom-made or personalised items.
- Event tickets or reservations once confirmed, unless cancelled by Mainbeste.
