2. Purpose and Scope of Application
These Terms govern all sales and contractual relationships between Mainbeste and any natural or legal person (hereinafter, the “Customer”) who purchases products or services through the Website.
Access to, browsing of, and use of www.mainbeste.com implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy, and the Legal Notice.
Mainbeste reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The Terms in force at the time the order is placed shall apply.
3. Purchase Process
To place an order, the Customer must select the desired products or services and follow the online purchase process indicated on the Website.
During this process, the necessary information for invoicing, shipping, or service provision will be requested. Before confirming the order, the Customer must review and expressly accept these Terms.
Once the transaction has been completed, Mainbeste will send an order confirmation email including a summary of the purchase and contact details for any issues or enquiries.
4. Prices, Taxes, and Invoicing
Prices displayed on the Website are expressed in euros (€) and include, unless otherwise stated, the Value Added Tax (VAT) applicable in Spain.
Mainbeste reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.
The Customer may request an electronic or paper invoice, in accordance with applicable tax regulations, by sending a request to info@mainbeste.com.
5. Payment Methods and Security
Mainbeste offers secure payment methods, processed through certified payment gateways such as Stripe, PayPal, Redsys, or equivalent platforms, ensuring the confidentiality and security of transactions.
Bank or card details are processed directly by these platforms. Mainbeste does not access or store payment information at any time.
Any attempt at fraud or misuse of payment methods may be reported to the competent authorities.
6. Shipping, Delivery, and Availability
Physical products will be shipped to the address provided by the Customer during the purchase process.
- Delivery times depend on product availability and destination and will be communicated at the time of purchase.
- Shipping costs will be clearly indicated before the order is confirmed.
- In the event of delays attributable to causes beyond Mainbeste’s control (logistics, customs, etc.), Mainbeste shall not assume additional liability beyond reimbursement or replacement where applicable.
Mainbeste reserves the right to cancel orders due to lack of stock, obvious pricing errors, or impossibility of delivery, with prior notification to the Customer.
7. Provision of Online or Experiential Services
For services contracted in digital, experiential, or in-person formats (including, by way of example, wellness programs, classes, training sessions, or events), Mainbeste undertakes to provide the service under the terms and on the dates agreed.
The Customer acknowledges that certain services may require prior reservation, confirmation by the Mainbeste team, or compliance with specific conditions (availability of places, location, schedules, etc.).
In the event that the service cannot be provided for justified reasons, Mainbeste shall offer rescheduling or a partial or full refund, as applicable.
8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
The Customer has a period of 30 calendar days from receipt of the product or from contracting the service to exercise the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Mainbeste’s Returns and Refunds Policy.
Refunds shall be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction, once the condition of the returned product or the applicable service conditions have been verified.
9. Warranties and Liability
Mainbeste guarantees that the products offered comply with applicable legislation and are free from hidden defects.
In the event of a defective product, the Customer may choose between repair, replacement, refund, or termination of the contract, in accordance with Articles 114 et seq. of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users.
Mainbeste shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or damages resulting from improper use of the product or service.
10. Customer Service and Complaints
The Customer may contact Mainbeste’s customer service team at info@mainbeste.com to resolve any questions, incidents, or complaints related to orders, deliveries, or invoicing.
Mainbeste undertakes to respond to all requests within a maximum period of 7 business days.
In the event of a dispute, the Customer may resort to out-of-court dispute resolution bodies or submit a complaint to the competent consumer authority.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by Spanish law.
Any dispute arising from their interpretation or execution shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid, unless consumer protection regulations provide otherwise.
