You have 30 calendar days from receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Retain its original tags and packaging,
- Show no signs of use or washing,
- Remain in good condition.

If you experience any issues accessing your account, you may also contact us. Our team will review the request and provide the necessary instructions to complete the return process.
Refunds
Once the return has been received and approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
The estimated processing time is 7 to 14 business days.
Defective Products or Issues
If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact us within the first 72 hours after delivery by emailing: info@mainbeste.com
In these cases, Mainbeste will cover any costs associated with the return or replacement of the product.
